Post-construction cleanup is where projects lose a week. The trades are done, the punchlist is closing, but the building is full of dust, debris, and adhesive residue. We close that gap on a dedicated crew, often working in parallel as the final trades finish.

- Rough cleanAfter framing and rough trades. Debris removal, vacuum, and initial sweep before finishes go in.
- Final cleanAfter cabinets, paint, and fixtures. Window track cleanup, dust removal, fixture polishing.
- Detail cleanPre-walkthrough perfection. Adhesive residue, paint overspray, fixture polish, floor protection removal.
- Floor protection managementStrip and dispose of protective film, paper, and ramboard. Floors revealed and final-polished.
- Glass and window detailConstruction debris removed from glass, frames, and tracks. Including high windows by lift.
- Punchlist coordinationWe track and close cleaning-related punchlist items with your GC or PM.

Pre-walk
We meet with the GC, walk the building, and write a phase-by-phase scope.
Rough phase
Crew arrives after structural and rough trades complete. Debris and gross dust removed.
Final phase
Coordinated with finish trades. Cabinets, fixtures, and surfaces cleaned to detail.
Detail and turnover
Punchlist closeout, final polish, floor protection removal, ready-for-walkthrough handoff.

Yes. HEPA vacuums, lifts, scaffolding rentals, and all consumables are included in our scope.
We can typically mobilize a crew within 48 to 72 hours of contract sign. For larger projects, we recommend pre-booking.
Yes. We work directly with GCs and PMs, attend OAC meetings if needed, and track our scope against the project schedule.
