Furniture care.
Restored.
Office chairs, workstation panels, lobby furniture, banquettes, conference seating. Deep extraction, surface-specific chemistry, and a fabric you can sit on without thinking about.
Furniture is part of the building.
Most facility programs ignore furniture until it visibly fails. By then, the chairs are stained, the workstation panels are gray instead of white, and replacement is the only option left.
Periodic upholstery cleaning extends furniture life by years and keeps the visible standard at spec.
- Hot-water extractionDeep extraction for synthetic fabrics. Removes embedded soil and body oils.
- Surface-specific chemistryDifferent fabrics require different chemistry. We test for color-fastness and pick per material.
- Workstation panel cleaningAcoustic fabric panels in workstations. Often overlooked, accumulate dust and stains.
- Lobby and reception seatingHigh-visibility furniture in lobbies and public spaces. Regular maintenance prevents visible aging.
- Stain treatmentSpot treatment for spills and stains. Effectiveness depends on age but recovery rate is high.
- Odor neutralizationSource-elimination for embedded odors. Common in shared seating and event spaces.
How it works.
Fabric assessment
We identify fabric types and test for color-fastness before treatment.
Method selection
Hot-water extraction for synthetic, dry-extraction for delicate, encapsulation for high-traffic recovery.
Cleaning
Methodical pass over each piece. Visible improvement after first pass; second pass for embedded soil.
Drying
Fans and dehumidification to dry quickly. Furniture is ready for use the next business day.
Why upholstery cleaning matters for commercial facilities.
Office furniture is one of the largest single capital investments a facility makes. Lifespan is heavily affected by maintenance. Furniture that gets periodic professional cleaning lasts twice as long as furniture that doesn't. Replacement cost dwarfs cleaning cost.
Upholstery cleaning available across Sacramento Region.
About upholstery cleaning.
Office furniture: every 12 to 18 months. Lobby and high-traffic seating: every 6 months. Spot treatment as needed.
Not with proper testing. We always color-fast test before treatment. For very delicate materials, dry-extraction or encapsulation is used instead of hot water.
Typically 4 to 8 hours with proper drying support. Furniture is ready for use the next business day.
Stain recovery depends on the stain type, age, and fabric. Most stains less than a year old respond to professional cleaning. Older or set stains may show improvement but not full removal.
